A team from High Level Alberta Canada came out in August 2012 to help drill wells in Izozog Bolivia. The team managed to help drill 2 wells and even found time to have some fun with the local children and play some soccer. It was great to see the community get involved and help out as many of the local people helped carry water to the drilling site. A big thanks to Doug – who volunteered as camp cook – and treated us to a breakfast of some “Thunder Cakes” !

A team from Ames Iowa was out to help drill a well in Izozog Bolivia in July-2012. It was great to see John able to use his welding skills to help fix the drilling rig. The team was also able to help finish a well drilled previously by pouring a concrete base for it. A big thanks to the entire team for all the work and the great laughs. I had a great trip connecting with everyone except for the snake which wandered by while we were drilling! Hoping to see some of you again in a future trip.

We had a great time working with a team from the Evangelical Free Church in Ames, Iowa.  These guys came ready to work and got a lot done.  A successful soccer camp with over one hundred and fifty kids followed by drilling a water well for a number of families to share in Izozog.
